ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Policy for Cancelling Orders

We are always concerned with the wants and demands of our clients. We have an order cancellation policy for this reason. Within 24 hours of getting the order confirmation email, you must confirm your cancellation by email, or phone support. A straight 35% deduction from the money you paid to us will be made if we receive your cancellation request after 24 hours. After 48 hours, if you seek to cancel the order, we are required to deduct 50% of the entire sum you paid to us. We regret to notify you that after five days from the purchase confirmation date, you cannot seek to cancel your order.
 Additionally, after an order has been dispatched, you are unable to request a cancellation; however, you may use the 15-days simple return policy to receive your entire purchase price back. All you must do is return the item to our warehouse.
